9月22日，在第四个“中国农民丰收节”到来之际，国家主席习近平代表党中央，向全国广大农民和工作在“三农”战线上的同志们致以节日的祝贺和诚挚的慰问。
Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday extended greetings to farmers and people working in agriculture and rural areas on the eve of the fourth Chinese farmers' harvest festival.
习近平指出，今年以来，我们克服新冠肺炎疫情、洪涝自然灾害等困难，粮食和农业生产喜获丰收，农村和谐稳定，农民幸福安康，对开新局、应变局、稳大局发挥了重要作用。
Overcoming difficulties such as the COVID-19 epidemic and natural disasters this year, China had ensured bumper harvests in grain and agricultural production, which has played an important role in the country's efforts to make new advances amid changes and maintain overall stability, Xi noted.
习近平表示，进入实现第二个百年奋斗目标新征程，“三农”工作重心已历史性转向全面推进乡村振兴。
As China embarks on a new journey toward the second centenary goal, the focus of work concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers has shifted to comprehensively promoting rural vitalization, said Xi.

After 597 seconds, Tianzhou-3 separated from the rocket and entered its designated orbit. At 3:22 p.m., the solar panels of Tianzhou-3 unfolded and began working properly.
升空597秒后，飞船与火箭成功分离，进入预定轨道。15时22分，飞船的太阳能帆板顺利展开且工作正常。
The cargo ship carries nearly 6 tonnes of goods and materials, preparing for the upcoming launch of the Shenzhou-13 crewed mission.

Yang was born in Hefei, east China's Anhui Province, on Sept. 22, 1922. In 1957, Yang shared the Nobel Prize in Physics with Tsung-Dao Lee for work on the so-called parity laws, which led to important discoveries regarding elementary particles. The Yang-Mills gauge theory introduced by him is one of the most important achievements of physics in the 20th century.
杨振宁1922年9月22日出生于安徽合肥，1957年因提出弱相互作用中宇称不守恒原理，与李政道一起获得诺贝尔物理学奖，该原理的提出促成了有关基本粒子的重大发现。他提出的杨－米尔斯规范场论是20世纪物理学最重要的成就之一。

World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)'s "Global Innovation Index (GII) 2021" released on Monday shows that China has made continuous progress from ranking 14th last year to 12th this year and is now "knocking at the door of the GII top 10," which "underlines the continued importance of governmental policies and incentives to stimulate innovation."

In terms of innovation clusters geographically, the top 10 list remains the same as last year with only minor shifts. Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Guangzhou and Beijing now rank second and third, respectively, after the Tokyo-Yokohama cluster in Japan. Shanghai ranks eighth. Of the top 100 clusters, China has 19.
